What you need:
- Paper Plate
- 2 sticks
- Scissors (we like the pattern scissors for this craft!)
- Tape
- Paint Sticks
- glue
- anything you like to decorate
Step 1
Cut your plate in half ask a grown up to help if you are struggling.
Step 2
Attach two crossed sticks to the back with tape
Step 3
Decorate your shan (fan)
