It's Mental Health Week and I cannot think of a better week with all what's happening around us already in 2025 to focus on yourself, your family and friends.

One thing I enjoy doing is walking.

I am blessed to live in an area that has so many beautiful views so leave the phone at home and go for a stroll.

Be free from distractions and enjoy connecting with nature.

Walking the long way home from the school run is a great way to distress before you start your day, especially if you feel you haven't got the time.

We often do a Sunday 'stroll' with the kids they might call it more a hike but hey, they are off devices and it's free!
