BEFORE YOU QUEUE AND GET YOUR HAIR COLOURED OR BRAIDED PLEASE READ
Hair Colour and Braiding is only available for ages 3 and over.
The artist has the final say on age related matters and design.
Parents must always supervise their children.
Unruly children/adults will not be allowed to have their hair coloured or braided.
Anyone showing signs of illness, coughs, colds, skin disorders, signs of lice and open wounds (on the head) will not be allowed to get their hair braided or coloured.
Without prejudice the artist reserves the right not to offer this service to anyone they feel is unsuitable.
All children must “want” to have hair coloured or braided, regardless of if parents insist, they are.
AFTERCARE OF A HAIR BRAID
You can sleep and wash your hair as normal. If picking a hair braid with feathers these will need reshaping after washing. If you have picked a hair braid with beads, please remove beads if/when they become loose as they can become a choking hazard.
REMOVAL OF HAIR COLOUR
Some staining may occur especially on lighter hair colours. It may take a few washes before all the product is removed.
REMOVAL OF HAIR BRAID
All braids have two attachments when in hair. Use pliers to gently squeeze the beads the opposite way and gently slide off. No need to cut or pull it out, that may damage the hair so please follow instructions.
SKIN REACTIONS
As with all cosmetics it is possible for some to react to certain ingredients within the product. Please make us aware if you require a patch test before application. The artist will not be responsible for any allergic reactions.
