Oh I do like to be besides the Seaside!

I love visiting the Seaside. I could walk the coastline for miles but also enjoy building Sandcastles, having a dip in the North Sea, eating Fish n Chips and enjoying a cheeky Ice Cream on the beach whilst taking full advantage of the arcades and fun fair.

One of our favorite seaside resorts to visit is Skegness. With a brilliant funfair that opens in the holidays and lots of places to catch a bite to eat, Skegness is in our top 3 seaside resorts to visit.

Skegness Pier is brilliant lots to do inside; very important as the British weather can be very temperamental. A little bit of Victorian history remains that is hopefully going to be restored and the children enjoyed walking on their first pier.

You have the lovely Prince Edward Walk to relax and unwind that is a short walk from the beach.

You will find everything reasonably priced Skegness is definitely one of the cheaper Seaside resorts we have visited and theirs so much to do from the best outdoor go karts that have been their for years along with many mini golf courses, indoor soft play areas and opportunities to explore the rock pools and see Seals bobbing in the Ocean.

We love Ice Cream and it’s a must at the Seaside so if you visit pop in to Bizzy Lizzy’s Ice Cream Shack Grand Parade. Yummy treats using local ingredients for a great price!

So if you are wanting a trip to the seaside, that’s flat, lots to do and everything very close by Skegness is the place to go!
