Not being able to drive shouldn’t stop you visiting attractions!
If you have looked through the attractions on our Places to Go page you will have seen many involve using Public Transport. We have been to Yorkshire Wildlife Park many times but this post is all about how to get there and is it easy to do!
Now I won’t lie travelling with children is never easy but ready with a rucksac full of food and drink we set off at 8am ready for a full days adventure.
We travelled via Train from Leeds and then took a short walk to the bus station to catch the 57a bus (every hour) to Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The bus stops just off the roundabout where you need to walk through the carpark on the paths.
We love visiting the park but one of the main reasons was to see this little fella! Rocco! I am from Leeds after all!
It’s baby season as they have so many newborns at the park and more to come as soon they will be triplets. A trio of Lion cubs and their mother will be settling at the Zoo anytime now.
